Home should always be a safe place. This includes your home away from home. Below are the steps we are taking to ensure that our tenants and prospective tenants stay safe and healthy.
1) Cleaning every surface with CDC recommended cleaning agents. Providing clean, comfortable housing to professionals and families has always been our MO, we've just stepped it up a notch with CDC recommended cleaning products and procedures.
Before a tenant arrives to check in, we clean every surface with a mixture of bleach and water or a disinfectant that is effective at killing viruses.
2) Mask, gloves and social distancing. We don the gear when showing apartments to prospective tenants and keep our distance after they move in. We never show occupied apartments - before or after the covid. First of all, it's super awkward. Secondly, tenants deserve privacy.
3) Video tours. We are planning a series of video tours to showcase or spaces, amenities, and walk through all the quirks of our older properties. These are a super handy tool and may remain in circulation long after the pandemic is a story told by a bumbling grandfather. We use the talents of GHOST ROCK to create our video tours. 4) No contact check in. This option is available for tenants who prefer as little exposure as possible to other humans. Simply schedule an arrival time. Your door will be left unlocked. Keys and a move in checklist will be left on the dining table. Leases are signed digitally and maintenance requests can be submitted through your online tenant profile created with Tenantcloud.
